Increased Conversion
There is no point in having lots of people visit your website if none of them convert into clients. I can help you increase the percentage of visitors that go on to become clients (your conversion rate). You can think of your conversion rate as the probability that any one visitor will become a client.
Obvious things to look out for are:
- You have a contact number and enquiry form on every page
- The page doesn’t take too long to load
- It is easy to understand what you are offering
- You have answered any possible questions about the price and the service
- You have attempted to dispel any possible objections that visitors may have
- The user doesn’t have to click through too many pages to get the information they need
- The navigation of your site is easy to understand
… and so on.
I will always review this and recommend improvements as part of any project as there is no point in “wasting” visitors that you will be getting through higher rankings and through paid advertising.
